Pours an average frothy light brown head that slowly diminishes. Body is dark brown.
Aroma contains light malts (roasted malts, grain, caramel, chocolate and coffee), light hops (citrus fruits, lemon grass), light yeasts (horse blanket) and raspberry, cassis, cherry, raisin and grape.
Flavor starts off acidic, then it's acidic and light bitter and both linger on in a pleasant way for quite a while. There's some sweetness in there as well, hardly noticeable.
Body is medium with creamy texture and soft carbonation.
Once you get used to the acidity from the raspberry the other aromas come up and this beer turns out to be a pleasant surprise. It's a strange combination but it works for me. This is not an average day beer.

Muddy dark brown color with creamy head. Mild aroma of raspberries and chocolate, but also dusty. Weak body, with light chocolate flavor, and strong feeling of artificial liquorice, with very light fruitiness and sourness, and ending strong astringency; like swallowing sand.
Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small light tan head. Looks like a Porter. Clear, sweetish aroma of orange lemonade. Vinous flavour of strawberries, complemented with notes of chocolate and sour cherries. Vinous aftertaste. Weird. Not bad as such, though. Just not my pint of ale, you know. yngwie (17053) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 23, 2013
Bottle, 75cl corked. A dark brown beer topped by a small, beige head. Unclear. The aroma has quite a lot of berries, as well as coffee and chocolate. Roasted notes. The flavor is pretty much like fresh raspberries with cocoa and chocolate, and with a roasted maltyness in the back. It’s full-bodied and quite dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Quite acidic. Roasted, chocolate finish with a good dose of raspberries. Well, a dark, roasted beer with raspberries sounds like a good idea, and it is, but this one isn’t very interesting. 131123 Dedollewaitor (16159) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 23, 2013
