Poured a very milky light orange with a small frothy head. Aroma of sharp orange. Medium body, flavour of very zesty and sharp orange concentrate with a bitter sweet end.
On tap at De Prael. Milky yellow colour, no head. Aroma of apricots, some lemon, not much else. Flavour is apricots, lemon, light malty, sour-bitter finish. Light-bodied. OK if you like apricots. TheJvd (1283) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 7, 2013
From tap at De Prael during the second brett days. Pours hazy dakr yellow with a small to medium white head. Aroma has lots of apricot, apricot jam, sweet, some tropical fruit. Taste is slightly sweet, apricot, tropical fruit, a bit of funk and a soft sourness. Not as sweet as I expected from the aroma and quite nicely balanced with the sourness. Bit low carbo. bierkoning (13272) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - JUL 6, 2013
Tap @ De Prael. Blonde, cloudy. Apricot, Galia melon and pineapple in the aroma. Lemon, pineapple, apricot amd some earthy citric hops in the flavor. Thin. Very fruity. Nice! caesar (7099) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 6, 2013
Tap from Oersoep @ de Prael. Hazy yellow color, short to no head. Aroma of loads of apricot, bit pineapple and citrus as well. Soft funky notes, bit peppery. Soft sour in taste, lots of fruit again. Reminds me of the apricot pie my grandmother always used to serve. The good thing is, it’s not sweetened apricot flavor like some other brewers would use, but it remains the sweet refreshing sourness of the apricot. It’s not my favorite fruit, but a decent beer.

On tap @ De Prael during the 2nd Brett fest in A’dam, with joes, caesar, borrestein, TheJvd etc. Pale blonde color, murky. Aroma: apricot, period. Retronasal there’s tropical fruit, some sourness and brett. Flavor is moderately sour, with clear brett tones. Light bodied. Somewhat hebral bitter finish
