33cl 4.7%. Bought this beer at the local LidL with the intention to populate the lower range of my beers.... surprise: not a bad beer! Bubbly head that dies out quickly witha clear, bubbly, hay-coloured fluid. Bitter-yeasty, grainy smell with some hoppiness and hints of alcohol. Bitter-fresh, watery flavour and a hoppy, watery bitter taste which leaves the mouth fresh and clear. Bit too watery for my taste with some unpleasant but subtle hints of alcohol.

Pale yellow colour with a thin and rapidly disappearing white head. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Slightly spicy and low to moderate bitterness. Not particularly flavoursome but drinkable. Dry finish. - 330ml brown glass bottle.

it’s cheap and good. nothing special to it other then not giving you a hang over, which is a pretty important feature. fresh, typical german pilsener beer. goes down well.

Dredd (902) - Bentleigh, AUSTRALIA - FEB 9, 2008
This is an easy drinking Lager, nothing too challenging. Aroma is slightly sweet corn-syrup aromas with a hint of apple. Pours with a mammoth white head that lingers for a bit and is on the lower side of acceptable carbonation but is not flat. Not a lot of complexity in the taste department either, not a lot of malt in it to enhance or detract from this, it goes down neutral with some lingering bitterness to finish things off. Simply put it is an efficient guzzler, on the better side of most though.

Dull looking gold body with large white head that almost lasted the distance. Grainy straw aroma and the taste comes across very similar, some lingering bitterness and not a lot of body.

Tastes more trashy lager than Deutsch pils. Looks mostly lifeless, with only a few bubbles supporting a very short lived head. Pathetic aroma with some metal and a touch of grain. A touch of raw bitterness and sugar sweetness, but it doesnt last very long thankfully. Very disappointing, but not surprising given how cheap it was even in this country!!
