Aroma is pine, hops and malts, slightly reminiscent of Arrogant Bastard. The flavor is grapefruit, fruit, hops, malts and a mix of mild/medium sweetness/sour/bitter in the finish. Tmoney99 (14626) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 11, 2014
Bottle. Poured a hazy copper color with an average to large off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate citrus and earthy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a smooth bitter finish of average duration. Solid drinkable brew. phaleslu (10336) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 8, 2014
12 oz. bottle from Root Cellar. Pours a hazy orange color with a centimeter of off-white head that laces the glass and settles unevenly. There’s also a ton of floating yeast sediment and some small rising carbonation bubbles. Aroma of wet leaves, dirty earth, grass, toffee, dates, brown sugar, and some ligher vegetal notes. Flavor of grapefruit, pine resin, toffee, dates, grass, and earth. Medium-bodied, with a bitter, resinous mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. I had slightly higher expectations; I prefer 5-Day to this one. Dogbrick (13151) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 5, 2014

Was expecting utter suckage but htis does have bitterness, it is a bit timid in aroma and flavor and a bit malty but its not terrible. kwoeltje (2233) - Manchester, Missouri, USA - FEB 13, 2014
(StLCoB tasting) amber with white head. Aroma of pine hops, some earthiness. Flavor is pine hops, decent malt backbone, some earthiness. EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JAN 11, 2014
The appearance has a opaque orangeish brown color with a huge white head, and the aroma blends resin and floral hops with caramel malts. The taste is well balanced with a mild bitterness and a slight sourness, and the palate fuses a medium body, somewhat sticky texture, long finish, and a soft carbonation. It poured a hazy, amber color with a white head. The aroma was lots of hops that were herbal and earthy. The taste was a little bitter with a decent, alcohol backbone. Very well done.
