Resin like pine notes. Straw colored beer. Light bodied. Hop flavor is present, but lacking depth. Tame IPA for people who probably wouldn't normally drink IPAs.

We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests "on top" of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a semi-transparent amber color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a moderate pace. Sly stringy lace.
The aroma had some semi-sweet citrusy to grapefruit bitter and sweet hoppiness over top of a light caramel malt base.
The flavor was balanced fairly nice between the malts and the hops, sweetly with an underlying touch of bitterness flowing into the aftertaste and finish.
The palate was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty good what it was, a bit of an old school IPA but I would have again. JulienHuxley (5809) - Sherbrooke, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 12, 2017

Clear amber color with a bit of off-white foam. Aroma has earthy malt and a hint of alcohol. Taste starts with some caramel malt, earthy/resiny hops but there is also a stale/cardboard note. Medium body with medium to low carbonation. Overall it’s not really bad. Maybe I got an old bottle but the beer was definitely flawed. marcotetta (101) - - AUG 3, 2016
UPDATED: APR 27, 2017 Strong hazy ocher yellow, good in a piney, spicy, citrusy, floral hops. Refreshing malt undercurrent also some tiny roasty aroma. In mouth unfortunately is not so fresh, but seems not because for the beer itself, but for the date when I drunk it. Or maybe for the way that is been stocked. I would like to try it again much younger
