Our flagship brand; a golden ale brewed with three varieties of barley, two kinds of hops and a Kolsch yeast for a beautiful color and smooth taste.

Nice gold color with a quickly fading white head. Light, wheat aroma with a bit of sweetness. Smooth and sweet taste. I can taste a little malt and maybe some caramel. Interesting finish, almost like iced tea. Quite good.

12 fl.oz bottle. Leicht trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht metallisch hopfig, süß malzig, leicht harzig. Geschmack harzig bitter, reife Früchte, Aprikosen, leicht würzig.

ciocanelu (3119) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - SEP 6, 2016
Clear light amber color with almost no head after a few seconds. Aroma is on the malty side, sweet with a touch of honey. Taste is more balanced. It’s still malty but there are some earthy hops in the background as well. Body feels medium and carbonation is on the higher side. Not bad but it’s really boring.

12 oz bottle. A nice refreshing beer that goesnwell with practically anything in front of it.

DATE TASTED: February 5, 2016... GLASSWARE: Brew at the Zoo pint.. OCCASION: ... APPEARANCE: clear as glass golden body that reveals a flurry of effervescence; creamy white head sits stoutly at a half-finger; strikingly like a champagne in a pint, while leaving traceable smears in its wake... AROMA: fruitiness akin to wild berries and flowers, while malts suggest slight biscuit and woody pulp...further, newly mowed hay and lemongrass crop up...a struggle to pick up the predominant scents... PALATE: smooth, bubbly and mildly textured--a lightly bodied sip-at-will ale, with a lagerish finish...the aftertaste leaves a clean drag, one that is crisp and sharp, due to the Hallertau?... TASTE: malty, with biscuit, woodiness, and sugar... the hoppiness comes with lemongrass, some citrus (orange peel? coriander?) and subtle berry flavor... OVERALL: a solid, "crisp, clean" ale, as the label states--no more, no less... serviceable, mildly flavorful... this mix is solid so far, with the stout and the wheat to go...

(12oz bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of grain, soap, biscuit, and apple. Flavor of biscuit, toffee, butter, and honey.

Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy gold with minimal head. Aroma of some mild dirty hops. Taste is similar. Very mild. Light bodied with a thin texture. Soft carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, meh. Not bad but not great either.

Boomersmancave1 (133) - Wheatland, Indiana, USA - DEC 8, 2013
Golden Appearance with a light malt aroma. Sweet with some grainy notes and a pretty good light to almost slightly medium body. Smooth finish with little to no alcohol "burn". Pretty Good Beer.

boozedude (2229) - Des Moines, Iowa, USA - DEC 3, 2013
bottle shared with Norris at club dub, clear light copper pour with thin white head, super malty, pretty masic golden, but def not bad

EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - DEC 3, 2013
The aroma is mostly skunky with some undercurrents of bread malts and dough yeast, and the appearance has a small white that dissipates quickly to nothing and a slightly hazy golden color. The taste is mildly sour and a touch sweet, and the palate combines a light body, thin and slick texture, abrupt finish, and the tiniest amount of carbonation.

kdm1984 (814) - Missouri, USA - OCT 23, 2013
Has a light butterscotch aroma. Almost no head. Light taste of butterscotch. Disappears quickly. Watery. Drinkable, but totally unremarkable. Typical O’Fallon.
