Sampled from 12 oz bottle on 10/25/2006 at the Junedale Beer Klub meeting...
Pale gold color, cloudy. Big, foamy white head. Generic wheat aroma and flavor. A light doughy. Quite fizzy on the palatte. hotstuff (5145) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 22, 2006
Bottle. Poured a small white head that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, carbonation, hazy, and a straw yellow hue. Wheat, lemon, yeast, bananas, and clove nose and ditto for the flavor. Tingly mouthfeel and light-medium body. Nice refreshing brew for summer. GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - SEP 10, 2006
Bottle. Hazy yellow color with white head that left very little lace. Pleasant yeasty bread dough aroma. Flavor is fresh malty cereal grain. Crisp and clean. Very refreshing beer. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 22, 2006
Bottle courtesy of beerhandy. Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head. Smells of grapes, wheat, and some citrus. Tastes somewhat lemony with some candy like qualities.

UPDATED: JUN 30, 2008 Yeasty, aroma of bananas, clove and bread. Not too tart or sweet, flavor of wheat, lemon and hint of banana. Almost a hefe in character. I like the palate-carbo is brisk, medium body and soft mouthfeel. Excellent warm weather beer. Falconseye8 (542) - Evans, Colorado, USA - AUG 1, 2006
Very good wheat. Clean, crisp refreshing especially on 100 degree days. Comparable to boulevard and a solid contender in this category. 4 very nice beers reviewed that deserve looking into the rest of the Offallon line. JK (6095) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - JUN 5, 2006
This beer is dark yellow and cloudy. The sediment was stuck to the bottom of the bottle and it required considerable effort to dislodge it. When I poured it in the beer went from pale yellow to a very nice dark and cloudy yellow. Almost no head. Disappointing aroma; much like a pale lager; which must be from the kolsch yeast, and it includes alcohol as well. But it also has some wheat here. Flavor is far better than most of this style. Medium-sweet, and light banana and citrus as well, nearly making this beer a hefeweizen. Almost. On the heavy side for an American wheat. This is about as good as an American wheat can get. Barrel Draught from the jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 30/09/2005
Golden coloured with a hazy appearance. Wheat aroma and flavour. Some dryness in a finish that is creamy on the palate. Kevin (2199) - Montana, USA - FEB 8, 2006
Pear colored hazy body with a nice fat white head. Slightly skunked aroma wet leather nose with a light hint of the wheat. Balsa wood flavor plastic, and a burnt sweetness. Bitter in the finish that lingers. Strangely this isn’t as bad as my descriptions leads me to believe. It is drinkable, but just off in a weird way. Could be a bad bottle? I’ll try this again from a different store sometime if I can.
