12 ounce bottle- pours pretty much pitch black with slight red hue. very minimal head. Nose- slight roast, dark chocolate, vanilla. Taste- powdered chocolate, vanilla with chaulky finish and a touch of alcohol heat. The chocolate really lingers. Thechasm442 (1006) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 14, 2016
Fresh batch. Black with a very thin tan head that leaves no lacing as it quickly disappears. Aroma is cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, graham cracker, and roasted dark malts. Taste is milk chocolate, cocoa, marshmallow, graham crackers, and vanilla. Thicker and lingering sweetness. Really good. Ktwse (5458) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 29, 2016
Pours black with flat, sort of tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, mild coffee, dark chocolate, hints of vanilla. Taste is sweet and very milk chocolate-y, through to the finish. Sort of one-dimensional, although not bad for what it is. Body is a tad too light but creamy with soft carbonation. drsordr (2866) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - SEP 20, 2016
Bottle shared by alexsdad06 pour opaque dark brown with thin tan head. Nose sweet powdery chocolate, grahm cracker, and maybe even marshmallows. Taste mix of sweet malt and big roast. Could almost imagine a smore. Sweet and roasted finish. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - SEP 16, 2016
Bottle. It pours black with a fizzy brown head that disappears completely. The aroma is full of sweet chocolate, a little smoke, some nuts, caramel, cola and hints of vanilla. Very dessert-like on the nose. The flavor has more sweet chocolate, cola, caramel, nuts and a little coffee. Very thick bodied and sweet. It’s a sugary beer for sure, but it has enough body and richness on the palate to remain interesting. Good.

Gimmicky beer, I guess. Mark_Eck (1998) - - JUL 18, 2016
Bottle. Pours black. Aroma and taste are chocolate, marshmallow, and vanilla. DuffMan (10665) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 5, 2016
Bottle, shared at gam night. Very dark brown, light brown head. Chocolate, vanilla, treacle and coffee. Lots of vanilla, which lends a liqueur kind of quality to this. Sweet but nice. DrnkMcDermott (3137) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JUN 3, 2016
Goblet at Brixie’s. Black with just a hint of brown at the edges. A tiny bit of foam struggles to stay relevant. Not made with coffee, but roast malts still give it a coffee or Kahlua like impression. The taste is syrupy and kind of creamy and alcoholic, without too much bite. Some yeast in the palate. Alcohol is prominent even without barrel aging. Ungstrup (38414) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2016
A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, malt, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate, leading to a dry finish.
