Pours a slightly hazy light golden with a small white head that settles to a persistent film with nice lacing. Aroma is a somewhat mild but certainly pleasant combination of bubble gum, clove and citrus blossom. Taste has an initial bit of sweetness with fruity esters and some biscuity malt followed by light clove spiciness and mild candied orange flavor. Finishes mostly dry. Mouthfeel is semi creamy with a light body and moderate carbonation. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this. A decidedly off-beat take on a tripel but still fully recognizable. Easy drinking and quaffable for the ABV with a wholly enjoyable flavor profile. My favorite beer of the autumn season so far this year.

Pours a cloudy, golden color with a white head. Aroma is lemon, earthy tones, and a hint of banana. Flavor is similar with a slightly bitter finish and a hint of alcohol warning.

Aroma is spices, grainy malts and Belgian yeast. The flavor is Belgian yeast, bread/malts, citrus/fruit and a mix of mild sweetness and tart in the finish.

11/5/16. On tap at Liam’s. Golden copper pour under a nice khaki head, good lacing. Nice aroma, fruity, but not too sweet, a touch of sugar and caramel, esters, a touch of spice. Good flavor, sweetness, pale malts, a hint of caramel and honey, fruity, esters. Tasty.

Draft at Salud. Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma of white pepper and stone fruit. Taste is lightly sweet peppery straw and summer fruit. Tasty.

Hazy deep golden under a thin white cap. Clean Pilsen malt nose with a touch of Belgian esters and lemony hop tones underneath (not necessarily zesty or rind-y). Crisp smooth Belgian hay and blonde malty flavors with a clean citrus hop flavor that’s mellow and fun and bright. Smooth mouthfeel that’s neither sweet nor bitter but is bright and complex and just gently dusty and belgianish.

A decent Tripel. Pours an ugly cloudy yellow with very little head. Smells like a farmhouse, lemongrass, citrus, earthy notes. Taste is more Tripel, with lots of pear, apple, some citrus and banana. Sweet finish. Had in the bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ok, so this one pours really pale & lightly hazy with a fluffy white head at first... but it goes away reasonably quickly.

The aroma is lightly sweet & spicy with some dough & general breadiness.

The flavor is really similar to like a sweeter pale lager... a’la Miller High Life or Grain Belt... a little sweet & grainy with some dough and light booziness... a touch fruity.

It’s chill

Apricot, rubber, lemon, and coriander nose. Hazy amber, thin head. Apricot, coriander. Hints of honeysuckle. Rubber finish. Full body, moderate carbonation. Weird as always with this brewer.

Nice autumn spiced tripel. Definitely had a malt kick and the tripel yeast and strength. Big bite. Dry finish. Solid.
