3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Erzbierschof Zürich. Very fine smooth foam, some lacing. This is a sour on the light side of the spectrum, yet still with a very good taste.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: AUG 13, 2015 On tap at Solothurner Biertage. Hazy orange color with small head and crazy lacing. Nice funk, brett bruxellensis nearly, lactic acid. Taste is easier than expected, nice barrel, a bit sweet, nice funk. Definitely infected, but I don?t know how much of this was on purpose. Surprisingly good and surprisingly bad at the same time...
EDIT: On tap at Microbrewer Armageddon Zurich. Much better towards the finish. Nice job!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy golden color. Milky sour smell with hints of old feet and cheese. The taste is sour, almost brettish with a funky nicely dosed carbonation and a dryish finish. It makes you doubt if the result was intended in the brewing process, but the result is a surprisingly well performing weird beer.
