22 oz bottle. A deep ruby brown brew with light tan head. Malty-tart aromas. Body is medium. Flavor is well rounded. Lots of chocolate malts, some hazlenut notes. Very easy drinking. A basic, but flavorful and drinkable brown ale.

Bottle at home in Salisbury, shared with family. Pours amber-brown with a creamy, tan head. Roasty aroma, some toast, char, chocolate, pine, grass. Light to medium sweet flavor, plenty roasty with some piney and grassy bitterness. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Charred toast finish, modest roast, burnt wood, grass, pine, burnt chocolate. Pretty nice hop character in here, though I wish it was just slightly sweeter overall.

On tap in the Offshore- Very dark brown pour with a long lasting foam head, some lacing. Great smooth malt body with a grain bread texture. No real bitterness and very drinkable. Enjoyed this right after our ferry ride to the Vineyard, Refreshing!

22oz bottle. Pours out a dark brown hue, fluffy white head. Aromas are malty, nutty, slight citrus. The palate is decent, pretty smooth, slight bitter finish. Roasty and nutty across the palate make this a very affordable and sessionable offering. It’s not top shelf, but it doesn’t need to be for this style. Well done.

Bottle. Pours a lightly hazed brown with a medium to large beige head. Roast and cocoa on the nose, a touch of malt. Medium bodied, sweet malt and nutty tones leading into a soft bitterness. Cocoa and nutty bitterness on the finish. Decent and easy drinking.

bomber bought after a sample at a local shop. deep brown color with rocky thick milk chocolate colored head. Aroma kicks off a little roasted nut, grassy hops and touch of chocolate. Taste brings out that nuttiness more and just all around solid malt. The hops still show through making this super nice balanced beer. must get to the cape to try more.

Bomber. Pours medium brown with a tan head. Drinkable but bland and a bit on the lighter side. Sweet malty flavors predominate while the hops are barely noticable.
