GOLD METAL 2000 Great American Beer Festival! This light refreshing Cream Ale is brewed for those who enjoy a clean, crisp beer. DTM (798) - Vacaville, California, USA - MAY 15, 2012
Part of the sampler at the brewery in Garden grove. Never have been a fan of blondes. Too much of a corn/grain flavor. Not bad, just not my style.

Marheb (6028) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 14, 2017
(En fût à Oggi’s Upland): Très aérien, légèrement floral, quelques éclaboussures d’agrumes et une sécheresse décente.

cfrancis (3536) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 1, 2016
Pours clear gold with a small white top. Aroma is corn and grain. Taste is light grassy grains aaaaand that’s it.

BlackHaddock (7574) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 12, 2016
Draft pour at the Encinitas Oggi’s on 8th May 2016. Came in a frosted glass with ice floating in the freezing beer, what the hell is all that about. I wanted to try all the beers they had on tap, but no flights, so I had three 16oz beers before leaving. Too cold to have any aroma, too cold to have any taste, looked OK if you like icebergs in your beer. Scored as objectively as I could.

rlgk (18852) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 4, 2015
Draught at Oggi’s in Vista, California. Clear pale golden beer with a small head. Thin malty aroma, bready, some grass. Thin malty caramel flavor, some citrus and grass. Very boring.

Barreras (1689) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - OCT 4, 2015
Pours a light yellow color with a grain aroma. Taste is clean, golden malt flavor. No aftertaste, typical blonde ale with no distinct flavor qualities.

blipp (9590) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 26, 2015
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy malty base, some sweetness, straw, and a relatively clean finish. A middle-of-the-road brewpub Cream Ale.

toml219 (285) - California, USA - FEB 6, 2015
From Notes: On Tap: Golden Yellow with white head. Smell of corn, fruit, grain. Taste is of fruit, and grain with malt and a slight bitterness.

jandd1983 (4544) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - NOV 3, 2014
On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear pale golden color with a white head. The aroma was of earth, toasted malts with a hint of mild hops. The taste was malty, sweet with some earthy grainy notes and a touch of mild coriander and yeast. Decent.

slowrunner77 (12586) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 16, 2014
nothing to take notice of, but not horrible either. i can usually take or leave this style, and this is no exception, but i guess it’s kinda sorta fairly well done and refreshing-ish for the style."

bytemesis (8982) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JUN 16, 2014
Tap. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma is faint hay and honey. Flavor is about the same, mild and inoffensive. Light sweet, light grassy bitter. Light body.
