Oggi’s has been brewing beer since 1995, and what better way to celebrate such a rich heritage than with an IPA series during their 20th year in existence (Opened 1991). The IPA series will begin with a Red IPA in spring. It is in the style of an American IPA using 2-row malt and imported light crystal malt, with a splash of extra dark crystal malt creating a nice light red color and clean finish. We use CTZ, Chinook, Amarillo and Centennial hops in the brewing process following it up with a dry hop of Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo in the fermenter bringing out a nice citrus aroma.
