Appearance: originally a dark clear gold, then cloudy when the sediment hit; huge fluffy bubbly white head that lasted a long time before fading to a lingering collar. Aroma: wheat, fresh-baked white bread, lemon, grass and hay. Taste: wheaty, with mild yeast and some sparkling citrus notes. Finsh: dry, tangy, wheaty. Notes: Solid. Very soft and creamy in t. he mouth. A good summer refresher.
