Big white coarseish head. Hazy yellow body with wild carbonation in big bubbles. Fruity herbal yeasty aroma with chalky notes. Sweetish chalky fruity soda taste with grassy lemony notes. Mid-to-thin body. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry herbal chalky grassy aftertaste with citric notes. It’s not bad. (0.5l bottle, Wine Rack, Edinburgh.) Pyobon (1531) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - OCT 16, 2009

Bottle from Sainsburys. Light gold pour with a foamy white head. Good carbonation. Aromas of citrus, peaches, baked apples. A very fruity aroma. Unfortunately the taste didn’t live up to the interesting smells eminating from the glass. Floral tasting with hints of grapefruit. Quite a bitter mouthfeel. Finishes hoppy and bitter.
