Pours a nice amber colour, medium head. Great noble hop flavours with nice bitterness stands out along with fairly average malt and mouthfeel. The hop flavours are the best part of this beer, as you would hope given the name. Though it is otherwise just average, the overall effect is very pleasant and I really enjoyed it. Been increasingly impressed, though never astounded, by Okanagan Spring over the past few months.
341 ml bottle. Pours straw yellow white quickly dissipating head... Aromas of malt and some mild hop citrus. Taste little on citrus side, malt notes. It’s clean and crisp, decent. Reimer96 (1778) - Alberta, CANADA - JUN 10, 2014
Clear golden pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma of grassy hops and fruity esthers with a balance of pale malts. Taste is too light for a premium lager and focus on the grassy hop flavors and needs more malt flavor/balance to be a premium. Masterkush7 (581) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 26, 2013
Clear golden pour with a bubbly white head. . Aroma is fruity, grassy hops, sweet malts and grains. Taste is more of the same, cool, crisp and refreshing. Good session brew. PZ (26) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 24, 2013
Good head, tasty at first malty finish. Light in colour, IPL India Pale Lager?

A deep pale gold colour, very much like brass (as suggested on the packaging). Mild aroma, mostly grains and hops. Medium-light body with a bit of a metallic flavour, bread and some citrus hops, and a good amount of bitterness. Very drinkable, and at the same time, not totally anonymous - I’ll remember this beer.

Bright, fresh citrusy, hop forward aroma is clean and inviting. Lightly hazy golden body is topped by a low white head that recedes rapidly to a partial cover and ring with scant lace. Sweet cereal malts are offset by citrus hop flavours and notable bitterness but the thin body is a bit of a letdown and doesn’t really support the level of carbonation leaving it a bit harsh on the tongue. Tulip glass. Fridge temperature. Bottle. brleo (78) - - JUN 28, 2013
I cannot believe I’m saying this (I generally despise anything hoppy), but this was a decent drink. Technically not an IPA, it seems to be trying to be one, but avoiding the horrific hop overkill of that trendiest of styles. Pronounced hop scent (bright and citrusy). Flavor is bitter and hoppy as would be expected, but doesn’t linger like an unwelcome metallic houseguest. Bitterness is pleasant, bordering on too hoppy but shy of any offensive IPA flavor. I can actually drink and enjoy this. Palate was fine, medium carbonation, smooth. Not bad at all. bulldogops (2874) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 21, 2013

Not entirely bad, especially for style. Pours clear orange with fuzzy head. Aroma of light hops, crisp malt. Finishes slightly malt sweet, some sourness. Bottle. Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 27, 2012
Single bottle purchased at a Crowfoot Liquor Store in Calgary, AB on 11/22/2012. Colour: Gold and brown with medium white head. Nose: summer grass field, plain doughnut, pretty plain and not overly fragrant as stated. Taste: medium-light sweet, medium-light bitter, medium-light sour. Some middle citrus hops and a medium body. Thin mouth feel. A bit astringent on the finish. Nice looking but just poorly crafted and lacking real depth in my opinion.
