341 ml bottle from LCBO, random find in the cast-off basket, served cold in a tulip glass. Freaky_tiki (1300) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 12, 2013
App.: Very cloudy amber with a full off-white meringue.
Aroma: Holy artificial peach/apricot Batman!, maybe some wheat and yeast (a stretch), that’s it.
Palate: Medium body, limited carbonation.
Flav.: So frickin’ much fake peach, that is all; dry, minimal bitterness, peach.
On tap at Old Nick with scarybalddude on whiskey club meet-up. Pours pale orange with a thin cap. Sour key candy on the nose. Taste is bruised apricots & watery orange Gatorade. I guess there’s beer in there too, but its pretty silent. Hard to finish. Rethink your friendship if a pal hands you one. robinvboyer (4719) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 4, 2013
This is nothing but beer pop. The base Weisse is nowhere to be found. All there is, is an overly sweet, cloying, artificial peach/apricot aroma and flavor. The beer tastes just like peach hard candies you get with your cheque at a restaurant. Not my bag. Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - JUN 1, 2013
Hazy golden, orange pour with a frothy white head. Fruit, apricot wheat aroma. Flavour of apricot. Sweet ale. Smooth beer. Not bad. HeistAlmighty (1156) - Saint John, New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 28, 2013
341ml bottle. Nice looking pour, school bus yellow, unfiltered, good sized white head. Aroma is sour fruit and coriander. Taste has too much coriander, some lemon and apricot. Some sweetness and wheat. Body was a little thin. Overall, I still just don’t like coriander and this was full of it.

Bottle at Calgary International Beer Fest. Pours hazy orange with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is spicy wheat, apricot, coriander, and spicy hops. Flavor is spicy wheat, malt, apricot, no hops or bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation. Viper666 (3289) - Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - APR 24, 2013
Great beer for hot summer days. Well, for any day really. It’s my favourite from this brewery which says a bit because Okanagan Springs is my favourite brewery.
Anyway it tastes like apricots alright. It is basically a better Aprikat (by Alley Kat). Really easy drinking. One of the only fruit flavoured beers I like.
My only complaint is that it was spelled "Summer Weizen" when Summer is spelled "Sommer" in German, so the English and German kinda clash. Wouldn’t be a big deal but this brewery was founded by Germans. Narnad (1521) - Crystal Lake, Illinois, USA - JAN 10, 2013
Pours a light hazed yellow color with a modestly dense white head. Aroma is almost 100% dried apricot sweetness. Flavor is blah. Early wheat presence is very, very watery and then a strong apricot sweetness overpowers the finish. Body is too thin for the strong sweetness and almost zero carbonation to provide any body to it. Overall I was really hoping this would be a good brew as the apricot nose was fantastic. But the body of the brew really hurt the overall enjoyment of the beer.
