Cask pint at The Shepherd’s Tavern, Mayfair. Copper colour, off-white head. Moderate malty aroma, some fruit. Slightly sweet, fruity (currants) and malty flavour. Decent enough, but the hops are too moderate. ianwelby (1525) - SCOTLAND - AUG 23, 2016
Clear amber beer, creamy white head. Light sour fruit aroma. Fruity taste and a touch sour again. Malt and some light bitter hop. A very traditional bitter but perfectly serviceable. ravidesai (979) - Bombay, INDIA - JUN 22, 2016

Hazy irange amber pour. almost no head.
nose of bred and citrus.
full bodied with a lot of malt and a nice hope bite in the finish.
At under 4% alcohol this is a great session ale

Cask at The Bridge. Clear deep golden color, thick cream colored head with good retention. Aroma of light black pepper, but the young lady sitting next to me was wearing a lot of perfume, so who knows? Taste is light straw and white pepper. Watery body.

Cask at The Albert, Douglas. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of weak grassy hops and caramel. Taste is moderate sweet caramel, weak bitter finish, short lived as well.

Cask @ Thomas Rigby’s, Liverpool. Golden-orange with a small head. Has a malty nose with light malts in its taste and a medium bitterness. Gentle enough in its texture. BlackHaddock (7690) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 13, 2015
8th April 2015: my first beer on the Isle of Man. Hand-pulled pint through a huge swan neck in the excellent Trafalgar in Ramsey. Amber and clear with a good, lasting white crown: it looked good on this and subsequent occasions I drank it around the island. The nose is a pleasant blend of hops and light caramel notes, as is the taste. This is a true session ale and flavoursome for such a brew, coming in at only 3.7% ABV: very drinkable and one of the best in it’s class/style. Brązowe piwo o puszystej pianie. W smaku typowy, klasyczny, dobry bitter o fajnej goryczce.
