Cask Pint at Wibbas Down (JDW), Wimbledon, London in Oct 2013 during Spoons Festival - Ruby Red in colour. Fruity; citrus orange, some grapefruit. Hoppy; spicy and earthy hops. Cask halfpint at JDW, Victoria Station, London. Reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate but nice fruity and malty aroma. Aroma of hedgerow fruits, berries, good aroma
Taste of berry fruits, touch of orange, toasted caramel malts, nice soft bitter malts
Palate - Medium body, good texture. Finish of soft biitter hops
Overall - Well made, soft and mellow
Cask at JDW Charlie Hall; brown/red pour with a soapy beige head, caramel aroma, taste is caramel with citrus and a hint of spice.

Cask at Tanners Hall JDW Darlington. Ruby-red amber colour, creamy off-white head leaving some lacing and aroma of lemon citrus. Taste is sweetish malt caramel with citrusy hoppy bitterness. Appearance: Clear nutty brown color with a fine off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, mild hoppy and mild malty.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Caramel malty, mild hoppy and mild fruity.
Overall impression: Fresh British bitter. But expected more hoppy tuch when they have used Amarillo.
