Cask at the Great British Beer Festival 2017. Pours golden to amber with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus and floral hop, caramel and malt. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light to medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry and fairly crisp. Light dry grainy malts, quite sweet. Dry floralness. Muted citric hop. Little citric peel. Light dry finish. Okay.

Nose is citric peel, straw, light eggy waft, grains.
Taste comprises melon, light bread, straw, lemon rind, pale malts.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.

George, Ramsay, iom. pale golden ale, packs alot of flavour for a 3.6 beer. nice n hoppy long lasting taste. one of the best brews from okells.
