COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Note: Formerly brewed by Brasserie Artisinal de Redange (until 2005), relaunched by Simon in March 2007.

Bottle. The beer is a hazy yellow with a big head of white foam. The aroma has notes of caramel and citrus. The caramel really threw me off. Sweet. Reminds me of a butter cream cake. Medium body and medium carbonation.

Grumbo (2839) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - MAR 19, 2017
Bottle from Cactus Remich, Luxembourg. Pours cloudy yellow gold with minimal white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, orange and straw. Medium sweetness, light bitter and sour. Light body, slight sticky texture, average carbonation.

Juks (444) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 12, 2017
330ml bottle, brother brought me. Pours light cloudy yellow, big white head, doesn’t last long. Aroma is light tart, citrus, coriander, lemon grass, flowers, wheat. Taste is dry and floury, citrus, yeasty, kind of weak. Aftertaste is dry and watery. Very light body, lively carbo. Easily drinkable, nothing special, needs more character.

wombat23 (1362) - Texas, USA - NOV 8, 2016
Draft at Go Ten Cafe, Luxembourg. Hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of a pale lager, with some grass and spice notes. Taste follows nose. Hints of lemon. Very bland and forgettable but passable on a hot day.

0.33 bottle.
A hazy, straw color with a small, white head of poor retention. Aroma of bananas, lemons, cloves, coriander, and other citruses. Taste is primarily composed of citruses, coriander, and other spices. A medium body, a slick texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is medium long and pleasantly refreshing. Overall the beer is just about mediocre, absolutely nothing great about it.

DrNosha (2287) - Württemberg, Germany, GERMANY - AUG 13, 2016
33cl Flasche. Zitronengelbes Bier, flüchtiger Schaum. Es duftet typisch nach Zitrone und Korriander. Im Geschmack ist es leider recht flach. Etwas Zitronenschale.

3.5
MonsterMagnet (1418) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 9, 2016
Bottle, pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Spicy with coriander, black pepper and yeasty notes, wheat, orange, somewhat slick, moderate sweet with high carbonation. Fine witbier.
