Draft at the brewery. Clear golden pour, white head. Bready, sweetness, and a bit stale malts. Pretty good for a lager although that's not my perfected style

Soft on palate, sweet corn flavors, chewy noble hop notes, drying finish. Thanks Ken for sharing.

22 ounce bottle purchased at Nugget in Woodland. The aroma on this beer is beautiful. Just what I would expect from the style. Lots of cracker and biscuit. Light corny DMS, but acceptable in these levels. There is an underlying grassy noble hop aroma, too. Transparent yellow body with a relatively quickly dissipating white head. A bit disappointing. Starts with a bit of a sweet, malty light Corn Flakes flavoring. Light biscuit follows. Finishes with just a kiss of light grass hop and metallic flavor. This is a beautifully delicate beer, and it;s a home run.

Pours a half finger of head on a clear straw body. Aroma has nice fruit and grain smell. Taste is a nice mellow bitterness with a sweet note at the end. Texture is crisp.

Falls squarely in the solid in style category. Not terribly exciting, but crisp and well done. Light floral hops, and earthy bready malts.

On tap at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a clear gold color with a frothy bright white head. The aroma has some lightly toasted grains, honey, light lemongrass and floral notes. The flavor has multigrain bread, lemongrass, honeyed malts and light floral bitterness. Lover carbed with a smooth, full body. It feels bigger than it is at 4.8%. Interesting, especially for the style.

Pours golden with a small white head. Not very aromatic- a little bready smelling. Crisp and refreshing flavor, a little sweet fruitiness. Overall, not a particularly exciting beer but not bad.

On tap at Capitol Beer, Sacramento. Pours golden with a clinging off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a light pale malt flavor with a dry bitter finish. Refreshing.

Draft at the brewery. Clear golden pour, white head. Bready, sweetness, and a bit stale malts. Drinkable, but not very enjoyable in my opinion.

On draft @ the brewery. Clear golden straw in color with a white head. Aroma of cereal grain, light honey and some herbal hops. Flavor is malty but not sweet with a balancing hop bitterness. Light body with average carbonation. Solid example of the style, clean and refreshing.
