Bottle at Chriso tasting 20/01/2013. Earthy rye bread aroma with a little manure.Clear checsnut brown colour beige head. Sweet malted bread flavour, sweet and thin. Not good.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a light tan head. The aroma is sweet with a slight underlying acidity and notes of ornges. The flavor is very sweet - way too sweet for me, and with the flavor is artificial sweetner, which I don’t like. Thanks Thomas_E for sharing.

Cletus (6368) - Connecticut, USA - JAN 13, 2008
Bottle courtesy of omhper. Pours mahogany with a generous off white head. Smells slightly citrussy with hints of sweet malt. Taste is sweet like soda with a saccharine like finish. Touches of molasses also present. Interesting. I’d like to eventually try the christmas version of this.

Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - OCT 28, 2007

50 cL bottle, thanks to Thomas_E. Pours hazy brown/orange with a lacing head. Vague slight malty aroma. Prickling mouthfeel. Slight fruity flavour, soft sweetness. Very mellow finish still with the same slight fruityness. Amazingly flavourfull given the abv!

Bottle. [Courtesy of Thomas_E, quality tasting @ Papsoe] Spare rocky white head that mostly diminished. Hazy brown color. Aroma of grain, brown sugar, hint of fruit and light toasted malty notes. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet malty base flavor. Sweet malty finish. 28-09-2007

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 1, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Slightly hazy amber golden with a basically absent, off-white head. Discreet, sweetish fruit nose. Very thin-bodied with vague notes of caramel. There’s a weak underlying acidity. Interesting. 280907

Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 30, 2007
Bottle. A muddy red brown beer with a off-white head. The aroma is sweet malt, fruits and pruens, so is the taste. Light body with a sweet finish. A good low alcohol beer, no ashtray to be found here.
