Bottled. Very carbonated - the first bottle opened was a pure gusher. A hazy chestnut-red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has primary notes of caramel, but also lighter notes of vinegar, nuts, and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet though with a light acidic edge - which I think stems from an infection - typically Öland. The flavor has notes of caramel and dusty hops, as well as a bit of yeast, leading to a dry and tart finish where the caramel note lingers. anders37 (26678) - Malmö, SWEDEN - JUL 20, 2009

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy and opaque orangey brown with a dense beige head with good retention. Fresh and lightly citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, lightly roasted malt accents and a distinct bitterness. Well-made. 260309 joergen (28386) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2009

50 cL bottle at Svea, Malmö. Pours slight unclear and dark brown with a huge off white head. Roasted breadish and mild caramel malt aroma. Smoked initial flavour. Dry malty and citric-smoked flavoured. Light bitterness into the finish. Mild acidic touch. Dry and smoked into the far finish. Nicely working infection I assume.
