Scopey (14730) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2016
Cask at the Mill Inn. It pours clear gold with a medium white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, floral, honey, grass, biscuit and cereal. The taste is smooth, mellow bitterness, white bread, porridge, biscuit, grass, hay and a touch of spice. Medium body and soft carbonation. Well rounded and easy drinking. 7, 3, 7, 3, 14 - 3.4. Update - cask at the brewery. Fresher and more bitter. Rather nice stuff. 3.5

Bottle from the brewery summer 2013. Pours a clear golden. Slight yeastiness and slight floral in the nose. Medium head. Light bodied. Decent beer.

prawlie (1592) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 27, 2013
500 mL bottle mail ordered from the Old Chimney Brewery, poured into a pint glass. Good bubbly head on a fizzy golden beer. Dry, lightly hopped, with a nice mouthfeel. Reasonable mild hop aroma. Tastes ok, but lacks a little in character.

jmgreenuk (9452) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - NOV 30, 2013
Bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy medium amber with a broken frothy white head. The aroma is hop and malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a zesty yeast hop malt citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very refreshing. I liked this a lot.

kermis (13479) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - NOV 30, 2013
Bottle shared thanks to Jmgreenuk. Pours hazy golden brown with an off white head. Aroma of biscuity malt, toffee and light fruity hops. Flavour is light moderate sweet and over moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A nice example of the style.

StueyD (1583) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2013
Mid amber orange coloured beer with a weak head. Malty aroma, butterscotch and caramel. Dry mouthfeel. Dry malt flavour, biscuity and cereal, plus the butterscotch flavour comes through. The finish is dry and malty. Tasted at the 2013 CAMRA Norwich Beer Festival. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bobinlondon (1295) - Harrow, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 6, 2013
Bottle from the brewery. Gold with a lively white head. Good clean tasting golden ale with smooth carbonation and a little sediment proving bottle conditioning. Well balanced with modest but fresh tasting English hops and no off flavours.
