Cask at Mill Inn. It pours darkest brown - black with a small beige head. The aroma is earthy roast, liquorice, treacle, umami, dried berry, fruit compote and malt loaf. The taste is dry, roasted malt, toast, earth, coffee, mild fruity tartness, quite light, blackcurrant and raspberry pip with a dry, earthy finish. Light body and soft carbonation. A decent fruity mild.

I'm not a fan of milds but this was a good one. Roasty and lightly hopped. Had at the Manor Inn near the brewery.
