500 mL bottle mail ordered from Old Chimneys, and poured into a pint mug. Opaque orange-red gassy, with a pleasant but very short-lived bubbly head. Reasonable hop and yeast aroma. Malty, biscuity. Smooth. Its a pretty plain bitter at the end of the day. jmgreenuk (9855) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - NOV 30, 2013

A mid orange amber coloured beer, weak head. A strong caramel, toffee aroma with vanilla. A medium mouthfeel. The taste is a mildly sweet caramel/toffee flavours with the vanilla again, plus a hint of hazelnut. The finish is mild and sweet.

Bottle from brewery. Colour is clear chestnut brown, thin white head. Nose is chocolatey, husky grain malt. Sweet and some ale fruit. Taste is watery, bitter, a touch sour, some chocolate malt. There’s a bit of a sour tang in there. Not great balance this one. Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 29, 2011
