Has to be my favourite Old Dairy beer. Brewed to an historic Kentish receipe, this amber coloured beer is packed full of flavour with hops and a slight sweet twist. A wonderful hoppy and fresh aroma. Leighton (21075) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2015

Pours a clear deep orange. Aroma of sweet malt and some walnuts. Taste is lots of toasted malt, bread, good bitterness to round it up. Idiosynkrasie (7419) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 23, 2014
500ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity aroma, hints of red berries, jelly, a touch of honey. Taste is initially malty, minimally fruity, a touch of red berries, followed by a bitter hoppy and slightly peppery spicy middle part, hints of gooseberry, in the finish with a more than just slightly unpleasant, flat, earthy, bitter note, some cardboard. The aroma is delightful and initially it seems that its quite typical, nice, fruity Bitter flavours have been transferred into the taste, but sadly they find their first attenuation already in the middle part - not to speak about the finish, that simply ruins all. A dramatic, a disastrous decline. johndoughty (5398) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - SEP 16, 2013

Served at the Kings Head, Offham.. lovely beer, very enjoyable, excellently kept. shame it ran out before I could drink loads more! Desverger (11081) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 8, 2013
Bottle from Lee Off-license, SE London - pours orange with a thin white head. Not sure if this is a bottling/batch issue but I could discern much taste/aroma from this. Slight fruity (apple) notes but almost nothing else, disappointing.
