Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, straw - grass, butterscotch, light hoppy, grass - straw. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 
Very sweet casked lager.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, little white head. Slightly softish palate. Nice hops - mild marmalade bitterness with malt that is just a touch crisp. Decent.
UPDATED: MAR 10, 2012 (Bottled) A lovely UK rendition of a delicate style . nice fruity citrus nose , hops and caramel. Its soft , rounded and breezey . A bitter sweet unity between hops and maltiness is executed very nicely . Some notes of hay , bready malts , caramel , dust , spicy hops , lovely juicy dry finish . Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, bready and quite floral as well. Flavour is the same with quite some earthy notes.
50cl bottle from Liquid Pleasure, Tenterden. Hazy amber with a ring of white head; aroma of tropical fruit; rich and buttery in the mouth with a sweet fruity flavour; and a dry and spicy finish.
