Poured from can into a pint glass
Appearance – Pours a crystal clear amber color with a huge three finger white head that has fantastic retention. The thick head fades quite slowly giving way to a decent level of lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is yeasty and fruity. The fruit aromas are of banana, some pear, apple and some tangerine. Mixed with these aromas are some notes of a more biscuit and some coriander and clove aromas. Overall it’s pretty nice Belgian style smelling brew.
Taste – The taste begins mostly of a biscuit and bready flavor with some light flavors of an apple and orange sweetness. As the taste advances some of the yeast flavors mixed with some banana flavors come to the tongue. At this time, the spice flavors of coriander and clove enter the flavor. They start out lighter, but grow stronger as the flavor moves on to the end. Close to the end of the taste, appear some flavors of grass and herbs. These flavors are somewhat bitter and astringent, not blending well with the more initial flavors, leaving an odd somewhat unpleasant aftertaste to be left on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is light to medium in its creaminess with a carbonation level that is just above average. Both give the beer a very crisp feel which is quite nice for the style and the fruit and yeast flavors in the taste.
Overall – Other than the aftertaste left on the tongue, it is a quite nice brew. Unfortunately those bitter and astringent flavors really take away from the overall profile of the beer. raymow (1650) - Bensalem, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 21, 2013
On tap at the brewpub (1st time there and liked it but I’m looking forward to the move a few doors down). This was nice and refreshing - very drinkable. Nate (4279) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 24, 2013
On tap at The Knick. Mild sweet wheat aroma with some coriander and orange. Honey. Golden amber clear with light haze and thin white lacing head. Medium body with medium-high carbonation. Starts sweet with bubblegum, coriander, and honey. Some yeast and fruity esters. Finish is dry with a little honey and mild hop bitterness. Nice but a little too sweet for my taste. rondphoto (4448) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUL 19, 2013
Nearly clear straw color, long-lasting 1/2" head, swirls of lace.. Taste is sweet malt with spice (coriander is noticeable), balanced by light hops that asserts itself as it enters the finish, and carbonation with a medium edge. Similar, but not as well-conceived as Hoegaarden. Drinkable.

Clear yellow gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma is sulfur with mild esters. Taste is fruity Belgian esters with the gross taste of artificial back sweetening. $5.5/pint

Clear golden yellow body, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Lemon orange nose with a fair bit of cereals -- flavor is bland and fairly sweet. Surprisingly so. Medium to light bodied, sweet, cloying, lacking structure. Medium carbonation. Not good. r464 (2360) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Pale yellow with a very thin white head. Distinct Belgian flavor of yeast, malt, sweetness. Hints of citrus and spice. Light and unremarkable finish. jsmerig (1590) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 20, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow with white head and active carbonation. Aroma is estery with spicy notes. Taste is sweet and banana with a dry crisp finish. An occasional one here it there is all I recommend.

Can. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma has light lemon, light barley, limited. The taste is like a saison with no spice or dryness. Not great.
