The world knows no finer! Little Herman the German grew up watching his Opa and Omi brew beer in their single story stone-cottage located in Hamburg, Germany. What started as a hobby soon turned into a local phenomenon after neighbors and friends tasted their charming concoction. As demand increased, a family promise was made to never let money or admiration get in the way of the rich beer taste. Herman’s Opa and Omi got older, as people do, and could no longer keep up with the demand for their easy drinking lager. Eventually Herman the German took over the family business and kept his Opa and Omi’s life-long promise by sharing his family’s original recipe with the world at an affordable price

Very bad cheap beer. Once again I bought it cause it was 8 bucks and that was all I had on me. I will never buy it again. Tastes like a stronger Natural Light.

can - pale/clear yellow straw color. Looks, smells and tastes like a cheap pilsner. With that being said, it's surprisingly refreshing and not as bad as you'd expect.

Probably one of the worst beers I have ever tasted. I have no idea what possessed me to purchase this. The beer pours bright, clear urine color with a small, sea foam type of head. There is virtually no aroma or flavor of any kind. This beer is basically carbonated, alcoholic seltzer water. No wonder it only costs about .50 a can.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into glass. Almost clear, light body, lower carbonation. Taste is light malt.

Can. Tastes like doughy malt, some citrus, and grass. Nice and light. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet doughy malt, some citrus, and grass.

Can. Pours pale yellow. Aroma is biscuit malt and lager yeast with no off aromas. Flavor is clean and crisp with good pale lager flavors with the terrible off flavors that usually find their way into bargain brands; pleasantly surprised. Light body.

Canned from Fred Meyer. Light golden straw in color. Grainy cardboard nose. Grains and cardboard make up the flavor. A bit of an odd burnt taste as well. Pretty bad brew.

Average German style Lager. Bonus points for having a cool story behind it.

Headbanger (4022) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 16, 2014
12oz can (Old Notes)-Pours golden with a small head. Aroma of corn and grains. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew is just another typical pale lager.

24 ounce can from Belmont Station. Drank out of the can. A light skunky metallic nose. Pretty much a mostly dirty grainy flavor. Not much flavor besides corn and metal. Easy to drink for the most part.

Pours a clear straw color with a thick, creamy head that sticks around the whole time and leaves good lacing. Aromas include aluminum, grains, and light caramel. Tastes like water, feels like water, light aluminum aftertaste. While not offensively bad, there is absolutely no flavor.
