Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

On tap at Old Market, pours a deep dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, light hop resins and toasted caramel. Murky dark red/brown. Big thick malts in the taste, thick and foamy with a flavor of sweet apples and maple. Finish is soapy, with a sweet plum and malt nose.

brewery. Slightly hazy, dark reddish brown body with a dense beige head. Nice, mild aroma of sweet malt, caramel and hops. Flavor is refreshing caramel malt, some chocolate and balanced bitter. Rich and hoppy body, a bit more like a hoppy brown ale than red.

on tap looks more like a poertr. daek eedish brown. woody light roast flavoe with litttle hip bitternes. nice feel and soft carb.
