Keg at the brewpub, Beaverton, 11/11/14. Murky amber with a thin beige swirl atop the glass. Nose is biscuit, caramel, spice, red berry fruit notes, dusty hops. Taste comprises rich caramel, biscuit malt, light spice and fruit notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate offering.

On tap at Old Market, pours a deep dark red with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, light hop resins and toasted caramel. Flavour is robust, with bready malt, hop resins and a rather abrasive astringency on the finish. Nice ambition but its rather harsh. Okay.

On [email protected] brewery. Slightly hazy, dark reddish brown body with a dense beige head. Nice, mild aroma of sweet malt, caramel and hops. Flavor is refreshing caramel malt, some chocolate and balanced bitter. Rich and hoppy body, a bit more like a hoppy brown ale than red.

[Tap - Old Market Pub] A deep dark reddish color with a slight head. This had a very nice balance and the flavors where very good. A tad of extra hops and the rich flavor was great. I liked this beer I can and would drink another.
