COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cannon Ball is big and boozy, as you’d expect, but it’s not at all harsh or difficult to drink. Flaked oats give it a rounded mouthfeel to balance nearly five pounds of hops per barrel.

Malts: Domestic two row, Munich, Cara-Pils, flaked oats.
Hops: Columbus, Chinook, Simcoe, Centennial

Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Earth and light grapefruit aroma. Caramel and light grapefruit flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Caramel and light summer fruit lingers with light grapefruit.

Bomber to tulip. Moderate pine and citrus with faint onion. There is a pleasant cracker malt in the background. Clear orange copper with massive bubbled that are well retained throughout. Looks a little like dish soap, but not in a bad way. Taste is restrained pine and citrus, with the malt more pronounced than on the aroma. The alcohol is hidden, but there is a slight stickiness from the residual sugars. Bitterness very well restrained to make for a fine, nicely balanced triple. Could benefit more from more hop aroma and even flavor, but tasty.

Poured from the bomber, cloudy orange amber with white head and lacing. Taste is sticky pine, grapefruit, creamy at first then dry, I would not have guessed this to be a 10.5% beer in a taste test, but the buzz makes me believe it is. I don’t recommend the activities portrayed on the Picasso like label after drinking this.

22oz bottle pours a yellow amber color with a lot of head. Sweet malt bomb, but well balanced sweetness. A little spicy from the hops.

Pours a clear copper Orange with minimal head. Taste is citric tangerines mild spices with a decent malt backbone. Fairly piney hoppy very easy drinking for a triple medium mouth feel. Its pretty simple but a bit on the flat side.
