3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at the Case is Altered, Warwick. 4.1%. Poured a clear straw colour with little life. The aroma is yeast, malt, light hop. The flavour is light bitter with a light watery, honey, light hop palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Rather light all round really, but somewhat drinkable.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask, The King’s Head, Leicester. Pale golden with an off white head. Toasted light malts with bittersweet lemon. Quite tart with green apple. Crisp with a peppery palate. Decent.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask conditioned at Harbury Beer Fest ’12. Greenish gold with white head. Light, fairly thinnish beer, biscuity body with a light fruity hop. Nicely rounded, easy drinking, a bit of a palate cleanser but good for that.
