Golden color, clean. Crisp and biscuity malts; the hopping is piney and resiny with some citrus peel; it has a nice hop character and it doesn't show the defects that other Fresh Hop IPAs have.
650ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a clear copper colour with a thin white head. Nose is moderately piney and earthy with a sweet malty note. Flavour is a bitter mix of pine and an earthy character. Drinks like the kind of IPA that's not for me, which must mean it's a classic style. Ferris (17798) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 16, 2017
Bottle - Pine and green hoppy notes. Clear gold with a small white head. Green notes, bitter and pine. mcberko (20284) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 16, 2017
22 oz. bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, biscuity malt, and light citrus. Flavour is pleasantly bitter, with piney hops galore, bitter citrus and dry biscuity malt. Lovely piney bitterness. Very good stuff. Oakes (19567) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 16, 2017
Bright amber. This has earthy, citrusy hops on the nose, with a bit of toastiness. Bitter and earthy, nice toasty malts. Well-balanced beer, a good old school IPA.

Tap. Overly piney aroma. Good start. Flavor is rich pine, resin, minor citrus. Medium body and bitterness. I’d say this is an on par fresh hop IPA. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - OCT 15, 2015
Leafy citrus nose on top of soft malt base. Hazy golden thin foam ring. Citrus and soft wet hop floral notes. Some mild dank flabby carbonation lends to a boring beer. Flavor nice body and carb bad. Meh. Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - OCT 10, 2015
Bomber, picked up on day it dropped in seattle. Clear pale pour, decent head. I’ve discovered that the main thing I like about "fresh hop" beers is that I know they’re fresh when I buy them. Clear pale pour, decent head. Citrus and pine, enough base sweetness that the bitterness at the end is muted. So damned quaffable. Just an all around well-crafted easy going ipa. beernovice39 (3269) - Idaho, USA - JAN 24, 2014
On tap. Hazy amber with a white head. Nose is pine. Taste is caramel, citrus and pine. beersearcher (2383) - Glendale, California, USA - JAN 7, 2014
This IPA pours a brilliant bright orange that the photo does not do justice to. Then there is a big aroma of fruit punch and grape with a little bit of spice in there as well. Just delightful smelling. One of those beers that you could twirl under your nose for minutes without drinking. The taste packs a punch. Lots of grape notes. The bitterness lingers and is even a little dry at the back.
