Perfume and citrus on the nose, wafting above golden amber ale with a nice white head. Slight haze and good carbonation. This is hop resin. The bitterness is the show - all the way. Very resinous, citrus and rather astringent. Normally I like my IPAs right out of the fridge, but you want this one to warm to let the body help balance the bitterness. If you want DIPA hoppiness without the gravity of a DIPA this is your beer.
Bomber thanks to trade with Andre, 5000! Pours a clear golden brown with thin wispy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of bready grain, hint of caramel, mild piney hops. Taste follows, a bit of citrus hop added and the smallest hint of a diacetyl precursor. An old school style bitter malty IPA, but solid for what it is. Deep orange with a white head. Grapefruit, toasted malt, sweet caramel, resinous hop oils, some floral sweetness. Bitter, nearly harsh finish on the tongue. Full bodied. Enjoyable. Craftbrewhaha (80) - - OCT 1, 2015
I love this IPA! Delicious, resiny, piney, Northwest IPA. You can’t get anything wrong from this brewery in my opinion!

Pours golden with modest head from bomber. Smell is great with malt and grapefruit taking over. Easy drinking and solid citrus grapefruit finish. Could use a touch more bitterness but solid. simonblaine (593) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 16, 2015
