Pours jet black with a frothy tan head, aroma of coffee and chocolate predominant.

0.65l bottle. Black color with big brown head. Aroma of coffee, toasted malt and dark chocolate. Taste is bitter, little sweet and pretty tart. If this was the best beer in Canada, ever, I will stop drinking indefinitely.

Chilliwack, BC - Sardis Liquor Store - 650 ml bomber. Dark brown, leading to black pour, mocha colored head, nice thick lacing. Aroma of espresso and bitter unsweetened chocolate. Flavor is full of baker’s chocolate goodness, some licorice and a hint of espresso. Nice chalkiness to the mouthfeel. Enjoyed this while overlooking the Fraser River just north of Yale. Thanks to reimer for this. Pours black with a giant brown frothy top. Aroma is big coffee, roasted malts. Taste is big rich coffee and roasted malt. It overshadows any chocolate.
