Bomber 2007 vintage poured a clear tarnished copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of bourbon, carmel, vanilla, oak, prune, toffee and spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bourbon, vanilla, oak, toffee, dark fruit and light spice with a smooth lingering bourbon finish. Pretty tasty stuff, I look forward to seeing how this one ages.
