22 ounce from Bruisin Ales. Light brown pour. Taste is chocolate with aftertaste of vanilla. Not a very heavy body. Some hazelnut. Nice. Almost a lighter version of Frangelic.

Suttree (6484) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 22, 2012
Bonus appearance for the label, of course. Smells nutty - pecans, I’m gonna say. Some cinnamon and nutmeg, as well. Flavor is pecans, spices, an bourbon, Kind of Pecan pie sweetness going on, too.

Thanks to GatorGuy92 for the share. Cheers, Matt! Pours a hazy brown with an off-white head. Nose is hazelnuts, caramel, and a big nutty character with some intriguing bitterness. Flavor is similar- lovely nuttiness with some sweet malt. Lingering hazelnut/ nutella in the finish. Nice beer!

emacgee (4704) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - AUG 12, 2012
On tap at Milltown. Pours a deep rich brown with ruby highlights and one finger of sandy tan head. Nose is very nice, nutty and biscuity with notes of fresh baked bread and malt sweetness. Dry and balanced flavor, nutty with lots of biscuit malt and a light chocolate character. Lightly roasted character, dry and light medium bodied.

3.2
maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - AUG 4, 2012
Pours a very dark brown with a moderate head. Interesting nuttiness to both the nose and taste. Not a bad nut brown.

3.7
TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Bottle. Amber muddy brown with a light tan head. Nose of bran and oats, mild pecan, a little bit of blood/metal, light grassy hops, dark caramel malt. Flavor is pretty nice, light caramel sweetness, honestly I don’t taste any pecans, light nuttiness (sans pecans), some hops, brown sugar. Honestly not a bad brown ale and thankfully not too Sweet like some pecan themed things can Be.
