On tap at Sam’s, Durham. Cloudy gold pour, looks raw and ripe. Sharp herbal hops in the nose, bracingly dry and doesn’t seem to have much going on beyond this. Clean and lightly playful mouthfeel. Very dry and herbal for the most part, almost like a malt-deficient APA that’s studied at the foot of a pils, except without quite the character that implies. Decent stuff. Pint at Tylers Apex. Ok aroma, bitter. Citrusy. Grapefruit, lemon. Tad hazed, golden orange color, small head, faded to a ring. not much lace. Bitter flavor. Light body, thin mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Ok, reminds me of biting into a hop pellet. Not making me want another. Rrauth (1196) - North Carolina, USA - FEB 21, 2013
Draft. Cloudy lemon yellow. Nice white head. Retention lacing. Light aroma more yeast than hoppy citrus. More hops used in the full boil than in the final part. Bitter and light.

Cloudy yellow, sturdy white head. Smells citrusy and refreshing, or at least to the extent that an odor can be refreshing. Flavor is piney and lightly herbal, and a dry woody finish. Decent session ale, I had a couple...

Tap at Beer Study. Pours a cloudy straw golden with a medium size foamy white head. Nose is light pine, grassy, herbal, toasted malts. Flavor is similar, lots of bitterness, but not much hop flavor.
Fairly dry but the bitterness pervades the palate after consumption. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - FEB 17, 2013
Draught. Pours a hazy light orange color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is dampened a bit by the head, but the grassy hoppiness comes through quite a bit. Taste has a slight bit of bitterness from the hops coming through, but isn’t overly bitter. Feels a little carbonated, but is a rather drinkable session IPA.
