Draft. Pours a hazy orangish gold color. Aroma and taste are raspberries and malts. Finishes with a mild sweetness.

Had this one on nitro draught at the brewpub in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Nice raspberry mediated by a soft breadiness.

Draft to pint at OP. Looks and smells solid; raspberry and wheat. Tastes like it smells with a decent mouthfeel. A good example of the style!

Had on draft at the brewpub. A decent offering, but nothing to write home about. The raspberry dominates the palate, leaving me wanting more. All in all, drinkable, but I would probably pass next time.

Draft at the brew pub. Pours a weak yellow. Almost no head. Mild raspberry aroma. Plenty of raspberries in the flavor. Very mild wheat background. Relatively weak palate as I would expect. Overall a decent drinkable beer. Perfectly fine to drink while enjoying the excent food at the Olde Peninsula.

For those that enjoy an Abita Purple Haze. Pours a foggy yellow. Get raspberries in all aspects of the brew. Little bit of wheaty malt, clean finish with an adequate amount of hops to hold off some of the sweetness. Still too sweet for me.

On tap at Olde Peninsula brewpub. Golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of fresh raspberries and a little wheat backbone. Taste of raspberries, wheat, mild sweet malt. A touch over-carbonated but balanced and not too sweet. Finishes up a little bitter. Decent fruit beer effort.

Most definitely not to my taste. Big raspberry nose, with raspberry dominating everything else.

Tasted 4/26/08. Sampler from the brewpub. Hazy with a golden hue. Trace off-white head. Fruity and berry esters in the nose. Light bodied and crisp. Unoffensive. Low effervescence. Smooth palate. Moderate attempt.
