Bottled@Timo A tasting (4.0%). Deep murky brown (close to black) colour with small off-white head. Aroma is roasted, caramelly and also some slight licorice and coffee. Flavour is much the same, but also has some wooden notes as well as grassyness. Very good considering the ABV. cellar (508) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUL 11, 2008
Almost black, no head, smoked notes of cream, coffee and chocolate, mainly bitter flavour. gunnfryd (15330) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 2, 2008
Bottle. Black colour with a beige head. Aroma is roasted, smoked, coffee. Flavour is roasted, smoked, coffee, cacao, hop. Very rich of flavour to be 4 % ABV. yngwie (17262) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 23, 2008
Bottle. A clear (at least it looks clear next-to-black beer with a minimal beige head. Roasted and burnt aroma with a touch of smoke, as well as some chocolate and a hint of coffee. Roasted, chocolate flavor with coffee, but it’s not as good as the aroma. Wish it was the flavor that was the best. Medium to thin body, and a long, coffee-bitter finish. Considering it’s only 4% ABV, the beer is a masterpiece. (080411) KimJohansen (10497) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - MAY 4, 2008
Black with medium off white head. Sweet aroma with notes og roasted malt, liquerice, caramel, smoke and cofee. Flavor has fairly hard roasted malt, liquerice and ends slightly bitter.

Nice with the low alcohol - but though it comes with the style I’ll never be friend with these dry stouts
Black with a lasting light brown head. Lots of roast malt and a little licorice in the aroma. Flavour is dry and roasted, with a little roast barley sourness. Simple but good. NosirIwont (2607) - Husum, DENMARK - APR 10, 2008
Bottle. Pours a dark, dark brown with a frothy, light beige-brown head. Sweet aroma, slight roasted notes. Flavour is sweet with roasted and metallic notes. Lingering bitter finish. Dry and with notes of licorice. Soft palate. Feels light and is very drinkable. 05-04-08. bierkoning (13754) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - APR 1, 2008
Swing top bottle from Maria, thanks! Strong creamy maltaroma with chocolate and licorice. Creamy mouthfeel, though a bit thin and low on carbon. Malty sweetish flavor with espresso notes, licorice and dark chocolate. Fairly long coffee bitter aftertaste. Very well brewed dry stout. jbrus (4988) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - MAR 30, 2008
Strong aroma of espresso, black chocolate and malts. Black colored, light brown head, good lace. Light sweet, light malty, light bitter start, coffee, roasted bitter finish, hint of salt. Bit thin but not surprising with only 4% ABV. Nice but not exceptional.
