Light ale with a not so good foam. You think it’s a lager, but be pleasantly surprised if you not allergic to elderflower. Actually quite rich beer with a good summery citrus scent, light sediment in the bottle which do nothing. All in all a good surprise. Fine summer beer.

Bottle. It pours a dense, creamy white to off-white head that lasts. The body isn’t as pretty, just a straw colored boring one. Still, a pretty beer to look at. The aroma is low on the maltyness, but quite fruity. Oranges and some flowery notes too. Some pale malts in the flavor, but it’s mostly fruity. Hints of oranges and flowers, and a little bitterness. The bitterness escalates a little towards the end, which is moslty fruity. Dry, medium body. A quite decent and refreshing beer, but not my preferred choice by any means. 100327

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers as well as lighter notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, elderflowers, and a bit of caramel, leading to a lightly bitter finish, where the elderflower note lingers.

330ml bottle bought at a Super Best store on Vesterbro. Slightly pale golden body, filmy white head. Fruity aroma, a bit vapid to the nose. Softly fruity taste, notes a mild leafy hops. Sweet ending with minimal bitterness. Thin to medium bodied. Drinkable, but gives a slightly bland impression (hotel room, Copenhagen 06.05.2010).
