bottle at home .... deep brown ... thin tan lacing ... sweet toffee malt nose ....soft ... fruity ... lots of hop ... good blueberry in background... little bitter... quite a rich deep flavour yespr (47037) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2009
75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is mild blueberry fruity and roasted malt. Towards breadish. Sweet and slight acidic blueberry flavoured at first with a nice rounding roasted malt base. Smooth fruity and breadish finish, acidic and towards dry bitter finish - certainly has a lasting bitter and slight citric overall impression to the mix of roasted malt and blueberry fruitiness. Weak on its own - but sublime together with food from Meyers Deli - rating is an average of these two experiences. Well done! Christian (13773) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2009
Brown with a small off-white head. Fuity and malty aroma with a hiff of bubblegum. Sweet and fruity flavour with caramel and a little chocolate too Bragesnak (5394) - Aarhus, DENMARK - DEC 27, 2009

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy orangey brown with a small, off-white head. Light whiff of sweet berries in the nose on a background of caramel. Quite full-bodied with caramel and roasted malt and the blueberries also making an appearance. Hardly any bitterness. 221009 Faurschou (7) - DENMARK - DEC 3, 2009 does not count
Lovely - however somhow (very) sweet Christmas beer. Found more Vanila than Blueberry in the Taste, but could be because it was Christmas Beer Nr. 15 of the day at the "Chistmas(beer) lunch" at the Hammerstrøms on Amager on the 28 Nov 2009. jesperhammer (4874) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2009
28-NOV-2009, bottle @home.
Brown, low head.
Ale like nose with charamel and fruits.
I could not tell the blueberries, if I had not read the lable, so really well integrated berries.
A little thin on the finish, but for a brown ale, this is a nice effort. MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2009
Bottle at EsBF09. Mild lagery aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is nicely malty and sweet. The blueberry comes out in the finish and aftertaste. Mild but good. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - NOV 16, 2009
It’s an unclear, dark, red-brown beer with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of caramel and berries. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel and the blue berries are the strongest towards the finish. It’s OK, but I would have liked the notes a bit stronger.
