Bottle, 75cl corked, at Esbjerg Beerfestival. A hazy, dark amber beer with a small, off-white head. Slightly roasted nose with dried fruits, prunes mostly, some berries and a herbal touch. Bitter and sweet flavor with prunes, roasted malts and some berries. Some herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body. I’m not really sure if I like this one. It’s both good and unusual. Maybe a revisit is needed, but I don’t think that will ease my uncertainty. 091022 Dedollewaitor (16158) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2009
