COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ølfabrikken Pale Ale is a refreshing, hoppy and only slightly bitter ale. The English Fuggles hops provides some earthy spiciness, which complements the mellow malt profile. Enjoy it with your favourite pasta dish or a bowl of salted nuts. Ølfabrikken Pale Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

TorbenJensen (1528) - Valby, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2015
Pleasant malt aroma with inviting fruity notes. The taste is slightly tart citrus fruit until a gentle malt sweetness with distinct caramel touch, carries forward to a good long hops bitterness. Acidic unit constantly lurking in the background and provides cubits high density and character. It is incredibly kind and really several classes better than many of the major known pale ales.

Hansen (8595) - Assentoft, DENMARK - AUG 12, 2008
UPDATED: AUG 13, 2008 Golden colour and clear. Has a white head, medium lasting. Not much hoppy aroma left, sweet, fatty aroma. Flavor starts sweet and a bit unpleasent.

aru (105) - Smørum, DENMARK - MAY 9, 2008
Nice orange color with quick descending head. The taste is fresh and fruity but a bid thin to my taste. The beer I tasted was out of date with three month.

From Vignoble, Aarhus Bottled Perfect summer ale. Bitterness is present but low and lots of fruit and hoppy hay

BelgiskOlklub (1082) - Viby J, DENMARK - JAN 16, 2008
Bottle 50 cl. Small frothy white head that’s diminishing. Light ruby/brown colour, clear body. Hoppy aroma of flowers and grass, average malty aroma of grain and hay - and maybe some honey. Medium body with a short bitter finish.

chriso (7533) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2007
Bottle, at the brew day, May 2006. Amber/copper colour. Grapefruit aroma with some underlying fruity malt. More grapefruit in the flavour. Quite light mouthfeel. A nicely balanced, easy-drinking, but tasty, APA . After the early morning start, this was effectively a breakfast beer and probably a good, gentle introduction to aday of crazy drinking.

3.2
Stefano (2009) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2007
Hazy, orange colour. Medium-sized head. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet initial flavour. Moderately bitter finish. Average pale ale.

3.4
saxo (18459) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2007
Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma is nice and hoppy. Taste is mainly hops as well, but not too much.
