Nearly clear. This is an incredibly delicious cider than starts off tasty and continues to leave a wonder taste on the palate for quite awhile.

The aroma is great with sweet fruity apples and mild alcohol. The appearance is straw gold and very pale with no head but carbonation bubbles are present. The taste is like the aroma but tart and a bit sour. The palate is thin but right for the style. Overall not my favorite cider but drinkable pretty mainstream with an unpleasant note

I dont usually drink ciders, but I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this one. A good aroma and crisp taste make this one somewhat decent overall.

The aroma is a light apple cider. Pours a clear light yellow. The taste is a light sweetness. The body is light, the texture thin a little stivky, the carbonation lively and the finish a light sweet and long. Taste is more like the mass produced fruity drinks, ok.

750ml bottle...label states a 9%ABV. Lite gold pour...the nose is fresh picked apples. Taste is juicy ripe apples with a bit of sweetness. Lite carbonation and very easy drinking. Good stuff.

(bottle - 750 ml) Clear gold pour with a fizzy white head. Light and mild apple aroma with a matching mild flavor. Decent but not great.

Bottle @ 12th South Taproom, pricey cider at 18$ for a bottle, but its definitely sweet which is what my wife wanted, so its your basic apple cider that is sweeter than average mild carbonation and no head. not bad, but not worth 18$

hotstuff (5078) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 14, 2014
Backlog rating on 8-26-2012 (Bottle) The appearance is a very small off-white head that quickly dissipates, transparent pale yellow body, fizzy, and fast rising carbonation. The aroma is apples and sweet. The flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this cider is light-medium bodied. The ABV is well masked. This cider is very easy to drink as it is bland tasting and lacks character.

Too sweet! Apple flavor OK, but too clear and headless. Thin. Many better ciders. Pricey too!
