Cask. Pours clear, dark amber with thick, frothy off-white head; good retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel and biscuit malt, grassy and floral hops, light spice, figs, and some berries. Flavor is sweet malt forward with some light hops adding a touch of bitterness and some dark fruit esters; dry, smooth finish. Cask is definitely the way to serve this one with smooth, medium body and low carbonation. BeerandBlues2 (13718) - Escondido, California, USA - DEC 12, 2012
