Pours clear golden with a light head. The aroma has light sweetness, mild wild yeast, rich apples and some weird chemical. It has a medium body with mild carbonation. The flavor starts with rustic / leafiness, dry apples, herbal tea and funk. The finish has lots of rough apples skins. Quite nice. gregwilsonstl (2743) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 5, 2015
