Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earls Court 03/08/2010 (As Olivers 3 Lions Aged With American White Oak) Some fruit aroma. Mid brown coloured fruity spicy and a little rich on the palate with a hint of bitterness in a dry malt finish.

[email protected] Deep reddish amber colour with no head. Aroma is fruits, some vanilla and mild wooden notes. Also has some stingingly sweet notes and mild alcohol. Flavour is similar, and rather alcoholic sweet stinging. Yet the wooden notes give it atleast some kind of balance.

CASK at BSF GBBF 2010 ... dark brown ... odd medicinal melon nose ... ah its fresh oak... its much fresher than most oak beers... like walking though an oak wood ... soft toffee very oaky ... juicy and quite unusual ... i like the fresh oak.

Difficult to distinguish the aroma. Brownish color. Grapey, woody flavors. Notes: On Cask at the GBBF 10

Cask at GBBF. Copper brown, frothy head. Sharp fruity aroma, dark fruits nose. Vanilla with flavours of dark fruit lingering. Not bad.

Cask. Light bourbon oakiness; caramel and toffee, light dark fruits. Soft body with decent carbonation. Nice, but nothing special.

Cask @ DuClaw RAF 09, several samples, my fave at the fest. Thin creamy tan head, i do beleive this brew was the best carbontaed brew at the fest. Soft and spritely, silky on the palte with some woody prickleyness. Lightly hazy brown in color. Lots of lumber in the nose, gently fruity with notes of vanilla and caramel malts. Lucious wood flavors, vanilla and earthy flavors, leafy with a soft maltiness. Just a really nice brew, highly quaffable which is what i did.
